CROCIATI WITH THEIR COUNTRIES: DIMARCO AND KUCKA IN ACTION

Parma, 22 March 2019 – From the four Parma Calcio players on international duty, two featured yesterday.

FEDERICO DIMARCO 

The Crociati defender played for just over 20 minutes as the Italy Under-21s drew 0-0 with Austria in Trieste. Dimarco was brought on by Luigi Di Biagio in the 69th minute in place of Pezzella. The other Parma man in the team, Alessandro Bastoni, remained on the bench. It was Dimarco’s seventh Under-21 cap. The Azzurrini’s next match will be on 25 March in Frosinone against Croatia.

JURAJ KUCKA

Slovakia got off to a winning start in Group E of the European Qualifiers, beating Hungary 2-0 at home. Parma midfielder Juraj Kucka played the entire match. It was Kuco’s 65th appearance for his country and Slovakia will next be in action on 25 March against Wales.
