TICKETS FOR TORINO VS. PARMA: REFUNDS PROCEDURE

Parma, 6 March 2020 – Today is the last day for fans who have bought a ticket for the Serie A TIM game Torino vs. Parma, rescheduled from Sunday 21 February to Wednesday 18 March behind closed doors, to be able to obtain a refund.

Below are the methods to be able to obtain a refund for tickets (excluding any service fees).

Fans who have bought their ticket on www.vivaticket.it/eng can request a refund by filling out the form on this link by no later than 6 March.

TICKETS BOUGHT AT VIVATICKET SALES POINTS

Fans who have bought their ticket at the Vivaticket sales points will be able to obtain a refund by returning the paper ticket at the sales point where the ticket was originally bought from Monday 2 March until no later than the 6 March.
