Parma, 14 July 2020Stefano Nava is the Old Flame of Milan v Parma, which takes place on Wednesday at 19:30 CEST at San Siro.

He played in AC Milan‘s academy before joining Reggiana in Serie B. He then returned to the Rossoneri and was loaned to the Crociati after the 1990/91 season.

Nava arrived in parma in 1991. He made his leage debut in September of that year in a 1-1 draw at the Olimpico against Lazio. He also featured in both of Parma’s UEFA Cup matches against CSKA Sofia and played seven times in the Coppa Italia, which the Crociati lifted at the end of the season thanks to a win over Juventus at the Stadio Tardini.

He then returned to AC Milan, where he went on to win a Scudetto, a Champions League title, the Supercoppa Italia and the UEFA Supercup. He intially remained in Italy, joing Padova, before joining Swiss outfit Sevette FC. He then returned to his homeland for spells at Sampdoria and Pro Sesto.

After his playing career, Nava coached AC Milan’s youngsters in the academy, and even took over as coach of the Primavera for a time. He is currently employed as a commentator and even lent his voice to a well-known football video game.
