Parma, 24 luglio 2020 – Find out all you need to know ahead of the Crociati’s next match in our Brescia vs. Parma Matchpack:

PREVIOUS ENCOUNTERS
Brescia and Parma have faced one another 19 times in Serie A: the Lombard side have won four, and lost eleven, with the remaining 11 encounters ending level. Brescia and Parma have faced one another nine times at Brescia, with three victories for the Rondinelle, two draws, and four victories for Parma. Brescia have won their last two home clashes with the Crociati, after winning just one of their previous seven meetings (two draws, four defeats).

TEAM STATISTICS
Since the Serie A restart, Brescia have won two of their four home matches, more than they had done in every other home match this season. Brescia have had 10 Italian goalscorers, a record matched only by Lecce. Parma are the side with the most goalscorers from the penalty spot this season in Serie A. Only Atalanta have scored more opening goals than Parma since the restart. The Crociati’s last two goals have been penalties, though just two of their previous 47 had come from the spot.

PLAYER STATISTICS
Gianluca Caprari, on the scoresheet in our previous match against Napoli, has played just 14 minutes against Brescia in Serie A, but marked this brief appearance (with his parent club Sampdoria) at the Stadio Ferraris last January with a goal. This was the last time he scored in two consecutive matches in Serie A. Parma defender Giuseppe Pezzella played six league matches under Diego López in 2016/17 with Palermo. Crociati forward Andreas Cornelius played a part in eight away goals in Serie A in 2020, more than any of his teammates. Dejan Kulusevski was on the scoresheet in our last match against Napoli, though he has never scored in two consecutive Serie A matches. Kulusevski is the youngest player to have scored at least eight goals this season in Serie A. Five of Gervinho’s seven Serie A goals came in away matches: however, the Ivorian has not scored away from home in Serie A since last February against Sassuolo. The last of the five goals Alberto Grassi has scored in Serie A came against Brescia in the reverse fixture. Only Gabriel (12: twice) and Berisha (11) have made more saves in a single Serie A match this season than Luigi Sepe (nine).
