There have been 28 previous meetings between the two teams in Milan, with Inter picking up 16 wins (the last being a 1-0 victory in 2012-13), Parma two (both in the 1998-99 campaign, 2-0 in the Coppa Italia and 3-1 in Serie A) and there also being 10 draws (the most recent a 1-1 draw during the 2014-15 campaign). Since the Crociati’s last triumph in Milan, there have been a total of 18 further meetings between the two at San Siro, with seven draws and 11 Nerazzurri wins. The last time Inter failed to score against Parma was during a 0-0 draw on 12 April 1992. The Nerazzurri have scored 48 goals in 22 Serie A matches since then.

They’ve lost out on four points in two games due to the change in scoreline after half-time.

This will be game No.10 for Matteo Politano in Serie A, with the player previously making his top-tier debut on 23 August 2015. This came during Sassuolo’s 2-1 win over Napoli.
